Here we are nearing the darkest shortest day of the year and closing up 2020. As you marinate on all the happenings, lessons and shifts personally and collectively — go deep; drop into exquisite super integration mode with us for an evening of sonic reflection. The session will be led by two healing practitioners trained in the use of various instruments — gongs, chimes, tuning forks, singing bowls — to facilitate meditation, relaxation and, ultimately, healing. These are simply tools that simulate and soothe sensory and neuron pathways so you can deepen into a parasympathetic state of consciousness. Set up a personal zone for yourself to cocoon or nest in for the hour. We also encourage you to be hydrated. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect. The in-studio experience is limited to 8 people while the virtual in-home option is unlimited.
