A certified Pilates, yoga, Lagree instructor and longtime massage therapist, she is passionate about helping people strengthen their bodies and improve overall wellness.
Amy moved to Big Sky seven years ago with her husband and quickly embraced the outdoor lifestyle. When she’s not leading snowshoe tours or exploring dog-friendly trails, she stays involved with the Gallatin Canyon Women’s Club and the Big Sky Community Library.
Originally from Florida, AJ discovered climbing after moving to Salt Lake City and quickly fell in love with the sport and mountain community. As an instructor, she enjoys helping new climbers build confidence while learning both on and off the wall.
Rosemary’s career as a nurse practitioner sparked her interest in the healing arts and holistic wellness. Through yoga, tai chi, and qigong, she blends Eastern and Western approaches to help students build balance, stability, and graceful movement.
Laura has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years and especially enjoys leading gentle and senior yoga classes. An active member of the Big Sky community, she also participates in Rotary, Community Theatre, All Saints Church, and local support groups.
Dance has been Jay Jay’s lifelong source of inspiration and personal growth. At BASE, he shares that energy with the community, bringing movement, rhythm, and good vibes to every class.
Tyler has called Big Sky home for the past decade, embracing the area’s abundance of outdoor recreation. After training in kickboxing for two years, he now teaches the fundamentals of striking and defense at BASE.
Wendy is a NASM-CPT, 500-hour RYT, and Barre and Pilates instructor who loves helping students discover joyful, healthy ways to move. Outside the studio, she enjoys hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter.
Originally from the Bavarian Forest in Germany, Rita feels right at home in Big Sky’s snowy landscape. A certified pickleball and tennis instructor, she brings her “Fun and Fundamentals” philosophy to every class while sharing her passion for community and movement.
Jill has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years, guiding students through alignment-focused and energy-centered practices. Her creative classes weave together breathwork, mantra, and movement to help students feel grounded, clear, and open.
Lexie is a self-described professional fun-haver with more than 10 years of mountain bike instruction experience. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her outdoors mountain biking, skiing with her dog Poppy, or snowboarding on Lone Peak.
Joe has participated in competitive sports throughout his life, from hockey, baseball, and tennis in his youth to skiing, running, swimming, taekwondo, and cycling later on. His experience coaching with the University of Wisconsin Taekwondo Club helped shape his passion for teaching and sharing the benefits of fitness with others.
Cackie has spent nearly 20 years in the fitness industry, competing in cycling, Ironman, bodybuilding, and now mountain trail running alongside her two goldendoodles.
