BSCO Parks and Trails Maintenance Assistant

The Parks and Trails Maintenance Assistant is a full-time, year-round position, under direct supervision of the Parks and Trails Facilities and Maintenance Manager. The BSCO maintains 23 miles of public trail networks and 95 acres of public parkland. S/he will be responsible for assisting the Parks and Trails Facilities and Maintenance Manager in maintaining the community’s park and trail assets. The Parks and Trails Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for interacting with visitors and the Big Sky community to provide information and resources while helping to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable use of the public parks and trails. This is a dynamic position with changing duties depending on the daily needs of the parks and trails program.

Part Time & Full Time BASE Action Coordinator

Flexible hours, BASE Pass, and competitive wages! (Fluent in English & Spanish)

The BASE Action Coordinator is responsible for delivering excellence in all community facing administrative and recreational endeavors, while also ensuring safety protocols for the building and its members are upheld. He/She displays passion for fitness and wellness and has exceptional communication skills with the willingness to support and direct visitors and community members in all recreational pursuits and provide resources for those with behavioral health concerns. The Action Coordinator is responsible for completing daily checklist, setting up for scheduled activities, and providing support to BASE Operations Manager and Base Director.

Part Time & Full Time BASE Building Attendant

Flexible hours, BASE Pass, and competitive wages! 

The BASE Building Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of BASE. This key position is the eyes and ears of the facility and instrumental in meeting the expectations of our members and users. He/she is self-motivated and driven by passion and enthusiasm for bringing efficiency and organization to community engaged projects, programs, and events. The BASE Building Attendant is responsible for completing daily checklist, setting up for scheduled activities, and providing support to BASE Operations Manager and BASE Director.

BSCO Public Trails

BSCO manages 23+ miles of trails that are all multi-use and multi-directional.

Multi-Seasonal Use

The majority of BSCO trails are open year-round, barring any temporary seasonal hazard closures.

= Groomed or plowed during the winter. Note: Ungroomed / plowed trails are still open & get packed down by use.
