BASE Action Coordinator
The BASE Action Coordinator is responsible for delivering excellence in all community facing administrative and recreational endeavors, while also ensuring safety protocols for the building and its members are upheld. This person displays passion for fitness and wellness and has exceptional communication skills with the willingness to support and direct visitors and community members in all recreational pursuits and provide resources for those with behavioral health concerns. The Action Coordinator is responsible for completing daily checklists, setting up scheduled activities, and providing support to the BASE Front Desk Manager BASE and Operations Manager.
This position is eligible for BSCO team member housing.

Marty Pavelich Ice Rink Attendant
The Marty Pavelich Ice Rink Attendant is a vital player on the Programs Team and is responsible enforcing and communicating ice rink rules, as well as facilitating some BSCO Ice Programs. This position will assist the BSCO Maintenance Team to ensure that the rink is free of snow and ice, and ready for community use and will report to the Director of Programs and BASE Operations.
