Fitness & Wellness Coordinator
The Fitness and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for developing, supporting, and overseeing innovative fitness and wellness programs for our community and visitors. This role works closely with our programs and operations team to promote healthy community activities, enhance passholder engagement and retention, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness and wellness and is an excellent community role model. They have exceptional compassion, communication, and leadership skills.

Youth Program Instructor – Toddler Drop In Program
Our Youth Programs Instructors provide a vital service to parents and toddlers in the Big Sky community. In this role, instructors supervise and engage with children ages 1-4 while their parents/guardians utilize the BASE facility. Instructors inspire toddlers’ imaginations, help them navigate social and emotional learning, and provide a safe and enriching space that gives parents peace of mind while they work out, join a meeting, or take a well-deserved break.

Youth Program Instructor – After School Program
After School Youth Program Instructors are a critical piece of our school-year youth programming for K-5th graders. In filling this role, they help plan, organize, and facilitate activities for the after school programming, assist youth with problem solving and conflict resolution, and communicate with parents as needed. Youth Programs Instructors empower children to navigate the spaces outside of school and family life through indoor and outdoor activities.

BASE Climbing Wall Instructor
The BASE Climbing Wall Instructor will be a part of the BASE Team and plays a vital role in ensuring that climbing wall users can use the space in a safe manner, while learning new skills. The BASE Climbing Wall Instructor may also be asked to teach specialty courses throughout the year, as well as special events within BASE. This individual should be comfortable working with youth and adults with a wide range of climbing skills.
